Description

This POC is a 3.6kW bidirectional AC/DC power supply, based on digital control, using a totem pole bridgeless PFC topology and a combination of SiC and Si MOSFETs to operate in continuous conduction mode (CCM) at high switching frequency, easily achieving efficient bidirectional power conversion. It has three working modes: PFC, Grid-tied Inverter, and Grid-off Inverter, and can be widely used in scenarios that require single or bidirectional AC/DC power conversion, such as energy storage, on-board charger (OBC), grid-connected renewable energy generation, battery formation.
