Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager – Sales
Experience: 10+ years in the Distribution of Semiconductor & Electronic Components.
Term: Full Time, Permanent
Domain: Sales/Marketing
Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Customer Engagement
• Support sales activities in the assigned territory for semiconductor and electronic components.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
• Regularly visit customers (OEMs, EMS, design houses) to understand their technical and commercial
requirements.
• Promote assigned semiconductor product lines, participate in technical discussions (with FAE support),
and follow up on design wins and projects.
2. Sales Operations & Coordination
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, pricing, and delivery schedules in coordination with internal
teams.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline and track inquiries, samples, and order conversion status.
• Coordinate with suppliers and principals for lead times, product availability, and updates.
3. Reporting & Documentation
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the RSM.
• Ensure CRM tools and internal databases are updated with accurate customer information and interactions.
Key Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/Electrical
- 8–12 years of relevant sales experience
